Marinated Carrots by Gerti Ehrat
| Ingredients | |
| 5 Cups sliced, cooked carrots | 1/4 cup salad oil |
| 1 med onion, slice thin | 3/4 cup sugar |
| 1 sm green pepper, cut-up | 1 tsp prepared mustard |
| 10 ozs can tomato soup | 1 tsp salt |
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | q tsp pepper |
Directions: Drain and cool cooked carrots; mix sliced peppers and onions with carrots. Mix all the other ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cool this mixture. Pour liquid mixture over carrot mixture; cover and marinate at least 12 hours. Serve hot or cold. This will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
