Marinated Carrots by Gerti Ehrat

Ingredients
5 Cups sliced, cooked carrots 1/4 cup salad oil
1 med onion, slice thin 3/4 cup sugar
1 sm green pepper, cut-up 1 tsp prepared mustard
10 ozs can tomato soup 1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce q tsp pepper

Directions: Drain and cool cooked carrots; mix sliced peppers and onions with carrots. Mix all the other ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cool this mixture. Pour liquid mixture over carrot mixture; cover and marinate at least 12 hours. Serve hot or cold. This will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
