In addition, two additions were made to the Dace Group's By-Laws, they are:

"In order to vote at the General Meeting, an individual must be at least 18 years of age or older.  This conforms with the legal voting age set for the State of California. "
 
"Young adults that have been in the dance group for a minimum of 3 years prior to their 26th birthday, shall be allowed to continue to perform with the dance group when the need arises.  If it is a competition, the rules for that competition shall apply ."
