2009 Detroit Trachtenfest!
For all those that were at this years Trachtenfest in Detroit, you already know that it was a big success and that our children represented themselves well. The Los Angeles group thanks the Detroit group for all their efforts in making us feel at home and for putting on this years event. Congratulations to PFC Matthew Christian Hemm. Proud son of Linda (Klein) Gullotte and grandson of Oma & Ota Anton Klein. Matt graduated from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego on October 2, 2009. He will continue his training at Camp Pendleton before moving to Pensacola, Florida for advanced Aviation Ordinance training. His brother, Captain Nicholas A. Hemm is stationed in Roanoke, Virginia. We wish them both well and pray that they always stay out harms way.
